Without installation permissions
The canopy falls under free construction, meaning it does not require building permits, except in cases of specific municipal regulations, such as landscape restrictions or the need to comply with certain distances from neighboring properties.

The pergola serves as a support structure for the photovoltaic kit, which is why both the kit and the structure are eligible for the 50% Ecobonus, refundable over 10 years.
IVA
10%
It is a photovoltaic product, and due to its focus on renewable energy, both the supporting structure and the integrated kits qualify for the reduced VAT rate of 10%.
